摘要
以卫生部颁布的"既是食品又是药品的物品"名单为例,综合论述了药食兼用资源在药品、保健品、食品添加剂、化妆品、农业等领域的开发应用现状,针对名单选入标准尚不明确、物品名称不够严谨,药食兼用资源开发低水平重复,产品质量不稳定等问题提出了完善建议,并指出今后药食兼用资源的开发思路。
According to the list of both food and medicine items issued by the Ministry of Health, the development and application status quo of medicinal and edible resources in medicine, healthcare products, food additives, cosmetics and agriculture were introduced at first. Then, the problems of the list were analyzed, including unclear criteria for chosen, inexact name for item, competition with low level for developing medicinal and edible resources, and unstable quality of products. In the end, the perfecting suggestions for the problems were proposed, and some ideas for developing medicinal and edible resources in the future were put forward.
