摘要
本文利用红外热像仪测温系统,系统地对三种典型的航天用功率器件进行了测试和分析。研究结果对功率器件可靠性分析具有重要的作用。同时对功率器件进行了数值模拟,在定性方面可为器件的热设计提供改进方向和合理方案。
Thermal measurement and analysis of three typical power devices in the application of aviation are developed. The thermal measurement is carried out using an infrared thermo-video system. The results play an important role in the reliability analysis for the power devices. Numerical simulation, which qualitatively provides results to improve the thermal analysis of the devices, is also presented.
