摘要
如何提高军队院校学员管理能力,以"适应部队建设需要,适应现代战争需要,为部队建设服务",是当前军队院校教育训练一个现实而紧迫的课题。本文试图借鉴地方高等教育院校人才培养思路,从大学生社团建设方面,提出加强军校学员管理能力培养的对策建议,为军校学员管理能力培养提供多样化的视角。
In order to accommodate to the requirements of PLA build - up, the demands of modern war and service to the PLA build - up, the improvement of the management capability of military cadets is a practical and urgent question for discussion of military college education and training. The article tries to conclude some measures concerning improving military cadets＇ management capability based on the higher education personnel development methods, especially that of students＇ union, which can provide different angles of view about improving the management capability of military cadets.
