摘要
本文基于价值特征研究角度,将施工资料划分为四大类,每一类施工资料相对于不同的单位主体而言,有不同的价值特点,即使同一类资料在施工中、竣工后、保修期限内及合理使用年限内的不同阶段,也有不同的价值特征,基于此分析,笔者提出了工程档案中的施工资料应主要由施工单位作为其归档保管主体的观点。
Based on the research perspective of value features, the construction documents are being separated into four kinds. According to the difference of the institutions, value features vary. Even the same kind of files has differ- ent value features in different stages, i.e. in constructing, after completion and in maintenance. The writer makes the point that the construction document should be kept in the construction unit based on the above analysis.
