摘要
报道了用稳健统计技术(robust statistical techniques)在实验室间能力验证海水盐度检测结果评价分析中的应用。结果表明,在参加验证的60个实验室中,58个实验室在规定的实验周期内提供了有效检测数据,满意结果数为48,满意率为82.8%;有问题或可疑结果数为3,可疑率为5.2%;不满意或离群结果数为7,不满意率为12.0%。表明大多数实验室检测能力良好,其出具的检测数据可信。少数实验室检测能力有问题或不满意,鼓励这些实验室认真查找问题,积极采取纠正措施,加强实验室管理和质量控制,提升并保持检测能力。
The proficiency testing results of the determination of salinity in sea water analyzed by robust statistical techniques were introduced in this paper. Results of analysis indicated that totally 60 testing laboratories participated in this proficiency testing plan,of which 58 laboratories provided effective data in given time intervals. There were 48 testing laboratories whose testing results were satisfying,which account for 82. 8% of the total; There were 3 testing laboratories whose testing results were suspicious,which account for 5. 2% of the total; There were 7 testing laboratories whose testing results didn't meet the request,which account for 12. 0% of the total. The majority of the participant laboratories were found proficient for the determination of salinity in sea water while the minority of the testing laboratories were found far from proficient. The latter was encouraged to take actions to strengthen the laboratory management and quality control,ensuring that the proficiency was promoted and held.
