摘要
将Gran Ⅱ方程与滴定平衡结合起来,经回归处理后,仅从回归方程的斜率和截距项便能简捷地求出滴定终点及电离常数。用已知浓度的碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠验证了其理论和实验方法的正确性,并用此法测定了螺旋藻养殖池水样中该两物质的含量。测定值与投放值一致;条件电离常数与手册值相近;各直线的相关系数r=0.9999;95%置信度的终点误差为0.03~0.06mL.
Combinning Gran Ⅱ equation with titrimetric equibrium,a procedure of regression technique is proposed,in which the titrimetric endpoints and conditional dissociation constants can easily be obtained from the slope and intercept of the regression line. The procedure has been verified and successfully applied to determine the concentra- tion of carbonate and bicarbonate as a nutriment in a algoculture pool. The measures val- ues coincide with artificial ones,and the conditional dissociation constants are approximate to the handbooks'. The correlation coefficients of all regression lines are r=± 0.9999,uncertainty of the endpoints are 0.03~0.06 ml with 95% confidence degree.
