摘要
采用氢化物发生 -原子荧光光度法测定食品中砷和硒。砷和硒的相对标准偏差分别为1 .1 7%和 1 .1 9% ,检出限分别为 0 .2 8和 0 .40 ng· ml-1。线性范围为 0~ 1 0 0 ng· ml-1,砷和硒的相关系数分别为 0 .9998和 0 .9999。砷和硒的回收率分别为 95.8%~ 1 0 5.4%和 98.5%~ 1 0 3.5%
It is reported in this paper that a hydride generation AFS method is used for the determination of arsenic and selenium in foodstuffs. It is proved that the proposed method is very convenient and highly sensitive. The following results are obtained for this method: Linearity of the calibration curves: 0~100ng·ml -1 ; Relative coefficients: 0.9998 (for As), 0.9999 (for Se); RSD: 1.17% (for As), 1.19% (for Se); Detection limits: 0 28ng·ml -1 (for As), 0.40ng·ml -1 (for Se); Recoveries: 95.8%~105.4% (for As), 98.5%~103.5% (for Se).
