摘要
为定量地描述计划制定的合理程度以及实际执行效果,促进企业的科学管理,探讨一种评估函数理论,分析了该函数的性质、特点和作用,给出寻找评估函数的一般方法和具体结果.
In order to describe quatitatively the reasonableness and actual effects of the set plan,to increase the level of scientific mangement of a enterprise,a theory called evaluating function is appoached. After analyzing the characteristics and roles of the func- tion,it is provided the detail results of the function and the general ways in which the evalu- ating function can be found.
