The paper introduces the network planning technology applied to strictly manage and control the installation of gb 2.5m hoist in the process of construction. Through the optimum network draft and under the condition of guaranteeing quality, quantity and safety, the construction period can be shortened and the efficiency can be improved based on the constructions organized by network draft. Social efficiency and economic efficiency can also be obtained well
