摘要
在渤海某油田开发工程设计中,对于冰排作用于隔水套管束——多腿柱,首次提出并实施了冰排破碎机理的模型冰排试验研究。设计中应用试验成果修正了阻塞宽度,导出井口平台最大设计冰荷载的组合计算方法,找出冰作用力的设计值与实际受力之间差别过大的原因,使得最大设计冰荷载得到有效的降低,从而使桩基承载力安全系数满足要求。在总结多年渤海抗冰结构设计、工程实践和海冰研究成果的基础上,该工程实例以模型冰排试验成功地验证了碎冰阻塞现象形成的全过程,并应用研究成果解决了工程(设计)问题。
A study of failure mechanism due to the action of ice on casing pile group was pioneered in the design of WHP A in an oil field in Bohai Bay. In combination of the ice load study and engineering experience, results from ice load model test were applied in the detail design of the overall structure of WHP A. A new set of formula was derived and applied in the modification of the traditional design method for determining maximum design ice load on a multi-leg structure. With this method the maximum design ice load of WHP A can be decreased. In addition, the discrepancy between the design load and real load was reduced, so that the standards about safety coefficient of bearing capacity of pile foundation could be met. Both the study result and application in ice load analysis of the overall structure of WHP A were validated by DNV, an independent 3rd party verification institute. The studies and design experiences of ice resistant structures under ice environment condition in Bohai Bay were summarized, which could serve as a good guidance and reference for similar engineering design in the future.
