摘要
倾斜井巷运输防跑车装置主要由直线电动机驱动的挡车器、远红外线发射器、红外线接收器、信号识别与控制装置组成。该装置利用三菱系统可编程序控制器为控制核心 ,由光电开关为检测元件 ,自动识别矿车运行状态 ,并依据识别信号自动控制挡车器的关闭或打开 ,以防止跑车事故的发生。该装置采用常闭的形式 ,正常工作矿车接近挡车器时 ,挡车器才打开。
