摘要
采用盆栽试验,研究1年生梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron Bge.)幼苗在浇水间隔期为20、30、45 d处理下各器官钾元素的分配和养分积累状况。结果表明:1年生梭梭幼苗在不同浇水间隔期处理下,各器官中的K元素质量分数总体表现为同化枝>须根>主根>茎。梭梭幼苗各器官的K元素质量分数,以浇水间隔期20 d的最大,并依次表现为浇水间隔期20 d处理>30 d处理>45 d处理。随着水分间隔期的增加同化枝和主根中的含钾量呈"v"型变化,而须根和茎的含钾量则是呈逐渐增加的趋势。各器官中的含钾量与生物量的变化正向相关。
This paper discussed K allocation and nutrient accumulation status in different organs of annual Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings under different water processing intervals for 20,30,and 45 days.The results showed that the various organs potassium mass fraction was assimilation branch〉the fibrous root〉main roots〉stems in the processing of different watering intervals.K-element mass fraction of Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings organ was the largest with moisture interval 20d,and the order in turn was 20d〉30d〉45d.With the moisture intervals increasing,the amount of potassium in assimilation sticks and taproot was a v-type change,while the potassium content of the fibrous roots and stems was a growing trend.The potassium content in various organs and biological changes was positive correlation.
