摘要
目的探讨非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾分析96例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料,分析非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎临床表现、诊断和治疗效果。结果随访6个月至3年,治愈90例,复发6例。复发病例经再次鼻内镜下治疗后治愈,无手术并发症。结论鼻内镜下鼻窦清创术是治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的重要手段,要彻底去除病灶,达到鼻窦引流通畅和通气的目的。
Objective To study the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of noninvasive fungal sinusitis. Methods The clinical information of 96 patients with fungal sinusitis were retrospectively reviewed. The clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of noninvasive fungal sinusitis were analyzed. Results After follow-up for 6 to 36 months, 90 patients were cured and 6 patients were relapsed after cured. Relapse cases were cured after the nasal endoscopic treatment again. No complication occurred. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery is an ideal way of treating noninvasive fungal sinusitis. No matter which operation style is adopted, the final aim is to drainage and to ventilate the sinuses.
