摘要
三峡工程自 1994年正式开工以来 ,工程进展顺利 ,目前各项施工正紧张有序地进行 ,工程质量总体良好 ,施工进度按国家批准的初步设计总进度实施 ,工程投资可以控制在初步设计的总概算以内。长江水利委员会作为三峡工程的设计总成单位 ,始终把工程质量放在首位。为此进行了大量勘察、设计、科研工作。对设计中的重大技术问题 ,如 :大坝、电站建筑物、永久船闸、垂直升船机、工程安全监测、大江截流及二期围堰、机电技术设计等进行了全面的总结和论述 。
The construction of TGP has proceeded smoothly since its formal start of construction in 1994 and the construction quality is good in general. The construction proceeds in accordance with the master project schedule in preliminary design approved by the central government and the investment can be controlled in the total budget estimate of the preliminary design. The Changjiang Water Resources Commission, taking charge of the general design jobs of TGP, has consistently paid attention to the project quality in the first place and carried out large amount of investigation, design and scientific research work. This paper makes overal summarization and presentation on important technical issues in the design, such as dam, power house structure, permanent shiplocks, shiplift, project safety monitoring, main river closure and Stage Ⅱ cofferdam, mechanical and electric design etc. and put forward a lot of suggestions about optimizing design schemes and measures for solving construction difficulties in accordance with consturction progress.
