摘要
选取 3种裂纹开闭模型 :方波模型 ,余弦波模型和综合模型 ,建立Jeffcott裂纹转子的振动微分方程 .基于龙格 -库塔法 ,运用C语言编制求解Jeffcott裂纹转子响应程序 ,利用MATLAB软件进行数据处理 .处理结果表明 :在亚临界转速区 ,3种模型的转子轴心的轨迹不同 ;对于方波模型和综合模型 ,参数影响 1x谐波分量 ,对 2x ,3x等倍频分量影响很小 ,但对于余弦波模型来说没有任何影响 ;在临界转速附近 ,3种模型都出现了反映裂纹开闭的θ角随时间摆动的现象 ,但呈现出的特点各不相同 .这些结论将有助于转子裂纹故障的监测和诊断 .
Three kinds of open-close crack models including the rectangular wave model, the cosine wave model and the synthesized model, were applied to set up a vibration differential equation about a Jeffcott cracked rotor. A program solving the response of the Jeffcott cracked rotor was written by means of C language on the basis of Runge-Kutta method and a simulation was done using MATLAB software. It is shown that the path shape of the rotor center for these three models was different in the area of sub-critical rotary speed. Parameterβ had an effect on the 1x component, a little effect on 2x,3x ...components, and had no effect for the cosine wave model. Angle θ reflecting open and close of crack oscillated near the area of critical speed for the three models, but features appeared were different. These results were useful to monitoring and diagnosis of crack faults.
