摘要
由于辅导员工作性质和工作任务的特殊性,外出脱产培训难度较大,立足学校自身组织开展培训是一项现实可行的辅导员培训方式。安徽农业大学结合辅导员的实际,从规划方案设计、强化过程管理、严格考核监督等入手,探索开展了行之有效的专兼职辅导员校本培训工作,对辅导员队伍的成长发挥了很大作用。
Owing to the particularity of their job nature and job responsibilities,it is difficult for col-lege advisors to receive off job training.But it is practicable for colleges and universities to offer ad-visors school based in service training.Anhui Agricultural University has done some effective work in this respect .The university offers school based in service training to both full time and part time advisors,giving full respect to their actual situation and paying great attention to program de-sign,process management and assessment and supervision.
