摘要
为了解全国各高校辅导员队伍制度的现状问题,以问卷的形式对全国范围内的123所高校的320名辅导员展开调研。通过对调研结果的分析,梳理了辅导员队伍制度的现实问题包括制度具体化程度不高、制度内容缺失及制度发展不均衡三个方面。
This paper is based on a questionnaire survey of 320 advisors from 123 colleges and universities across China conducted to learn the status quo of college advisor system. Through analysis of the results, the article points out some practical problems confronting the system, including low literacy, lack of content and disparate development.
