摘要
目的评价妇炎消泡腾片治疗念珠菌性、滴虫性、细菌性阴道炎(带下、阴痒病之湿热下注证)的安全性和有效性。方法选择阴道炎患者476例,随机分为两组,对照组应用洁尔阴泡腾片,试验组应用妇炎消泡腾片,均塞入阴道深部,用药7 d,比较两组的疗效及安全性。结果试验组中医症候的愈显率为64.49%,总有效率为92.05%,对照组中医症候的愈显率为61.34%,总有效率为89.92%,两组的中医证候愈显率、总有效率均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组的有效率为94.44%,对照组的有效率为92.98%,两组的疗效无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗细菌性阴道炎阴道黏膜浅表糜烂和破溃体征的有效率98.15%,对照组为85%,两组有统计学显著性意义的差异,试验组消失率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未观察到严重的不良反应。结论妇炎消泡腾片治疗念珠菌性、滴虫性、细菌性阴道炎(带下、阴痒病之湿热下注型)具有较好的疗效,安全性高。
Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Fuyanxiao Effervescent Tablets in the treatment of candida,trichomonas and bacterial vaginitis（downward invasion of damp heat syndrome in leucorrhea and vaginal itching）.Methods Four hundred and seventy-six cases of vaginitis were random-ized into two groups.In a control group,Jie＆#39;eryin Effervescent Tablets were used in the affected area.In a trial group,Fuyanxiao Effervescent Tablets were used in the affected area.The treatment lasted for 7 days in the two groups.The efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The curative and re-markably effective rate was 64.49% for TCM symptoms and the total effective rate was 92.05% in the trial group.The curative and remarkably effective rate was 61 .34%for TCM symptoms and the total effective rate was 89.92% in the control group.The differences in the curative and remarkably effective rate for TCM symptoms and the total effective rate were not significant between the two groups（P〈0.05 ）.The effective rate was 94.44% in the trial group and was 92.98% in the control group,without significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）.The effective rate was 98.1 5% in the trial group and was 85% in the control group in the treatment of vaginal mucosal superficial erosion and ulceration in bacterial vaginitis,indicating the sig-nificant difference in comparison.The disappearance rate in the trial group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The severe adverse reaction was not discovered in the two groups.Conclusion Fuyanxiao Effervescent Tablets achieve the good effectiveness and high safety in the treatment of candida,trichomonas and bacterial vaginitis.
