摘要
目的观察苗医弩药针疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法将60例KOA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组为苗医弩药针疗法,对照组为针刺疗法,取穴均为双膝眼,阳陵泉及膝关节局部疼痛点,每日1次,10次为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程。治疗后和治疗3个月后进行临床疗效判断,评价标准为《骨科临床疗效评价标准》及VAS疼痛视觉模拟评分。结果治疗组总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的73.34%,治疗后3个月治疗组总有效率为93.34%,高于对照组的80.0%,治疗组与对照组组间治疗后及治疗后3个月VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗时不良反应对照组有2例,治疗组有1例,未见明显特殊不适。结论苗医弩药针疗法治疗KOA临床疗效确切,优于针刺疗法。
Objective To observe the efficacy on knee osteoarthritis（KOA）treated with hydro-ac-upuncture of Miao medicines.Methods Sixty cases of KOA were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one.In the treatment group,the hydro-acupuncture of Miao medicines was given.In the control group,acupuncture therapy was applied.The points were Xiyan （EX -LE4 ）,Dubi （ST35）and Yanglingquan（GB34）and local painful points.The treatment was given once a day and 1 0 treat-ments made 1 session.Totally,2 sessions of treatment were required.After treatment and in 3 months after treatment,the clinical efficacy was assessed based on Assessment Criteria of Orthopedics Clinical Efficacy and VAS score.Results The total effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and was 73.34%in the control group.In 3 months after treatment,the total effective rate was 93.34%in the treatment group and was 80.0% in the control group.The differences in VAS scores were significant between the treatment group and the control group after treatment and in 3 months after treatment（P〉0.05 ）.There were 2 cases of adverse reaction in the control group and 1 case in the treatment group.The particular discomfort was not discovered apparently.Conclusion The hydro-acupuncture of Miao medicines achieves the definite clinical efficacy on KOA and the efficacy of this therapy is superior to acupuncture therapy.
