摘要
本文采用常规腐蚀试验与电化学试验方法以及金相、X射线衍线、电子探针等分析方法研究了含铟的Cu-Al合金在人工汗液中抗失泽能力的机理。结果表明,铟能细化合金的晶粒,并使合金呈现均匀腐蚀,减弱合金的择优取向;合金中存在富铟偏析相,这些相影响合金的失泽行为。
Cu-Al alloy with the addition of scattered metal indium is comprehensively studied by man-made sweat etching, electrochemical methods and surface sensitive techniques.
Results show that the addition of indium can improve its metallurgical structure. Indium is beneficial to forming fine alloy crystals and reducing the preferred orientation. In the alloy, there exist In-riehed segregated phases which effect the anti-tarnish behavior of the alloy.
