摘要
通过化学,金相和扫描电镜手段,分析了产生爆管的主要原因是由于在相对较高的运行温度下长期过热所造成的。提出了预防屏式再热器爆管的有效措施。
By means of the chemistry,metallography and scan electron microscope analysis technolgy,the reason of failure that long-term Over heat running on the higher trmperature is finded out. The measures to prevent reheater tube failure are presented.
