300MW机组水力排渣自动控制系统的设计与应用

摘要 本文以某电厂2×300 MW机组水力排渣系统为例,根据水力排渣的工艺特点,提出自动控制系统的总体设计方案,包括设备级PLC的组态、管理级IPC的监控、测量仪表的选型和软件程序流程框图的设计等,供工程技术人员一起商榷并探讨。 Efficient slag discharge from thermal power plants is of great importance to boiler safety in operation and environmental protection. At present, advanced hydraulic slag-discharge systems ought to be used in new-built power plants with more precise automatic control systems. Based on an investigation of the power plants in East China, it was concluded that the hydraulic slag discharge systems designed and made in China used in 300 MW(or larger)units could not be put in operation efficiently due to the unapt technological process, logical design and program control design. In this work, a general layout plan was proposed for the automatic control system of the hydraulic slag-discharge system in a 2(300 MW power unit based on the process characteristics. Included were the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)configuration of equipment level, the Industrialized Program Computer(IPC)monitor of administration level, selection of measuring devices, and design of the software programming flow chart in this layout plan.
