本文主要概述了390柴油机气缸盖密封面处发生窜气的原因及措施。通过这些措施,提高了该型柴油机的密封性能,彻底杜绝了高温、高压燃气窜入冷却水系统,保证了柴油机的正常工作。
In broad outline, causes for gas blow-by from the sealing surface of 390 diesel engine cylinder heads are analysed, and countermeasures are illustrated. With the measures taken, the sealing performance of the diesel engine has been improved, and the high-temperature and high-pressure combustion gas has been completely stopped from entering the cooling water system, thus ensuring a normal engine operation.
