摘要
出生缺陷是影响人口素质的重要因素。对于其发生原因,国内外学者作了大量研究,并认为它是由多种因素引起。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the risk factors for birth defects. Data were collected from 329 cases and 329 controls in 38 hospitals in canton in 1988. Multiand monofactorial analysed of conditional logistic regression were performed to eyalvate the action's of mainly various factors. The investigated results showed that the maternal cultural level, medicines using in gestational period and the effect of gestational course on the new born were the main factors.
