摘要
随着生活水平的提高,人类寿命的延长,老年问题日益受到重视,而老年妇女的许多疾患均与卵巢的功能关系密切,因此,研究绝经后卵巢的内分泌功能很有必要。
The concentrations of estrodiol-17β, progesterone, testosterone, and androstedioenne in the peripheral and ovarian venous blood in seven postmenopausal women were measured by means of radioimmunoassay. The result was that the concentrations of E2, T and A were significantly higher in ovarian vein than in peripheral vein. This suggests that the postmenopavsal ovaries continue tp secret oestrogens and androgens, the postmenopausal ovaries should be remained if possible.
