摘要
目的研究远程肢体缺血后适应对脑血流的影响。方法将60例健康志愿者分成20~39岁组、40~59岁组、60—85岁组,采用彩色多普勒超声观察第一次、第五次远程肢体缺血5分钟后颈内动脉(ICA)和椎动脉(VA)动脉收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)变化。结果第1次肢体缺血(LI)后,三组中VA的PSV、EDV和平均动脉压(MBP)、心率(HR)升高;第5次LI后60~85岁组中VA的PSV、EDV增加。结论远程肢体缺血后适应能增加VA血流。该方法安全无创、简单易行。
Objective To study the effects of remote limb ischemic postconditioning (RLIPC) on cerebral blood flow. Methods Sixty healthy volunteers were determined and divided into 20-39 years of age group, 40-59 years of age and 60-85 years of age group. The 5th minute after the first and the fifth remote limb isehemia, the peak systolic velocity (PSV) and the end diastolic velocity (EDV) of internal carotid artery (ICA) and vertebra artery (VA) were evaluated by color doppler ultrasound. Results After the first remote limb ischemia, PSV, EDV of VA were increased and mean artery blood pressure (MBP), heart rate (HR) were elevated in each group. After the fifth remote limb ischemia, PSV, EDV of VA were increased in 60-85 years of age group. Conclusion RLIPC could increase blood flow of VA and this method is simple and safe in clinical practice.
