摘要
通过对八钢1750mm热连轧粗轧单机架支承辊剥落失效分析,找出支承辊的剥落原因。结合粗轧机单机架生产的特点,制定单机架粗轧支承辊的使用和维护的方法,预防支承辊剥落事故的发生。
Through the analyzing the failure causes of supporting roll of single stand of roughing for 1750mm Hot Mill of Bayi steel , finding the reasons why the supporting roll peel off, combining the characteristics of single stand of rough-ing mill, formulating application and maintenance method of roughing supporting roll, preventing the occurrence of its spalling.
