摘要
叙述了由 SbCI_3与Na_3SbS_4反应、Sb_2O_3浓碱溶液与Na_3SbS_4反应、配离子[SbCl_4]^-与Na_3SbS_4反应、Sb^(3+)离子的多羟基羧酸配合物与Na_3SbS_4反应制成新型抗磨剂硫代锑酸锑(SbSbS_4)的合成方法。研制的SbSbS_4易溶于碱性溶液,具有良好的极压抗磨性,用于脂中可提高脂的负荷承载能力和抗磨能力。
This article introduces the synthetic method of new antiwear SbSbS4 , which reacted by SbCl3 with Na3SbS4, Sb2O3 depth alcali with Na3SbS4, [ SbCl4] with Na3SbS4, and multi-hydroxy carboxylic acid fitting material of Sb3 + ion with Na3 SbS4. The SbSbS4 is easy to be soluble in alcali fluid and it has good extrem -pressure antiwear property. It can increase greases load capacity and antiwear property.
