摘要
律师收费制度是关系律师行业发展和司法资源配置的重要制度,文章通过比较英国、美国和中国的律师收费主体、方式、标准、原则和争议解决机制,试图找出影响律师收费的不同环境因素并得出共性的发展规律和历史文化个性,进而得出未来中国律师收费制度可能而且合理的发展路径。
Lawyer fee institution is the important system which relates to the development of lawyers ’ pro-fession and the distribution of judiciary resources .Through comparing with the system in U .K., the U.S.A and China in the aspect of subject , method, standard, principle and argument settlement system , the thesis is trying to figure out the environmental forces that shape the fee system , the common point and specific charac-ter of each historical culture body .Therefore , the thesis is tring to depict the reasonable path for the future de-velopment of lawyers fee system in China .
