摘要
目的 探讨磁共振弥散加权成像(diffusionwei imaging,DWI)对肝脏肿瘤病变的诊断价值.方法 对51例肝脏占位性病变(其中肝癌17例、肝血管瘤21例、肝囊肿13例均为临床或病理证实)行磁共振DWI扫描,测量ADC值.结果 肝癌在DWI图像上表现为不均匀高信号,实质部分为高信号,囊变坏死部分为低信号,测量病灶实质部分ADC值和正常区域比较明显降低,降低幅度大于50%;肝血管瘤在DWI图像上表现为均匀的稍高或等信号,ADC值降低幅度在30%~50%之间;肝囊肿在DWI图像上表现为均匀的低信号,ADC值降低幅度小于30%.结论 磁共振弥散加权成像对肝脏肿瘤病变的诊断有较高的临床价值.
Objective: The diagnose value of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (diffusionweighted ima- ging, DWI) lesions of the liver tumor. Methods: Fifty-one cases of hepatic lesions (including 17 cases of liver cancer, 21 cases of the hepatic hemangioma, 13 cases of hepatic cysts were clinically or pathologically confirmed) had magnetic reso- nance DWI scan measurement and ADC value was measured. Results : Hepatocellular carcinoma performance heterogeneous high signal, the real part of the high signal cystic necrosis part as a low signal, measuring lesions substantial part of ADC values and normal regions were significantly lower, and greater than 50% reduction in the DWI image; hepatic vascular an- eurysm performance is even slightly higher or signal on DWI images, ADC values decreased liver cysts performance for uni- form low signal on DWI images, ADC values decreased to less than 30% between 30% ~ 50%. Conclusion: Diffusion- weighted MR imaging with high clinical value in the diagnosis of liver tumor lesions.
