摘要
目的探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术(Mammotome)微创旋切系统在乳腺良性肿块及可疑病灶诊治中的应用价值。方法从2012年1月至2012年6月本科室对481例患者665处乳腺病灶在超声引导下进行Mammotome微创旋切术,通过病理结果及并发症分析,评价其对乳腺病灶的诊治效果,总结临床经验。结果采用Mammotome微创旋切手术成功切除所有病灶。无严重并发症,并检出多例乳腺恶性病变及癌前病变。结论Mammotome微创旋切手术可用于治疗乳腺良性肿块,并对乳腺可疑病灶微创、确切活检,其并发症可控可治,是乳腺微创治疗的重要组成部分。
Objective： To discuss the value of ultrasound guided Mammotome minimal invasive technique used in breast benign lesion and suspicious lesion. Methods： 481 patients＇665 breast lesions from Jan 2012 to June 2012 were applied with Ultrasound guided Mammotome minimal invasive technique. The pathological outcome and complications were analyzed to evaluate its effect on the diagnosis and treatment of breast lesions. Resluts ： All breast lesions were successful removed by Mammotome minimal invasive technique, without serious complications. And several cases of malignant breast lesions and precancerous lesions were found out. Conclusion： Mammotome minimal invasive technique can be used for breast benign le- sion and suspicious lesion with minimal complications. It~ an important part of minimal invasive treatment of breast.
