摘要
为了探索炉具改造对烤房节本增效效果的影响,分析了复合材料炉具的制造安装成本、烤房烘烤能耗成本以及烘烤收益等。试验结果表明:使用复合材料炉具作为烤房供热设备节本增效效果较好,对烤后烟叶等级质量的影响不大;与对照相比,复合材料炉具烤房下、中、上部叶每kg干烟烘烤收益分别增加0.12元/kg、0.69元/kg、0.22元/kg;每套复合材料炉具制造成本降低59.3%,制造、安装成本降低58.1%,节本增效效果显著,推广前景可观。
To explore the effects of the curing barn of stoves transform. Analysis the costs, curing barn baking costs and baking arnings, etc. The results showed that the cost--savings synergistic effect is better that the use of composite materials stoves s curing barn heating equipment, and it have a little impact for tobacco grade quality; Compared with CK, lower, middle and ~pper leaves baking earnings were increased by 0. 12 yuan/kg, 0. 12 yuan/kg, 0. 22 yuan/kg; Each composite stoves manufae- uring costs by 59. 3%, manufacturing and installation costs by 58. 1%, it reduces cost synergistic effect remarkable, and they ave a better promotion prospects.
