摘要
探讨了0Crl7Ni7A1不锈钢不同时效处理温度、时间对其力学性能的影响。采用电子万能试验机以及扫描电镜分析了时效后不锈钢的力学性能及断口形貌。结果表明,OCrl7Ni7Al不锈钢的最佳时效温度为410~430℃,其抗拉强度在1977-2030MPa范围内,塑性变形量为24%,且时效时间对抗拉强度影响不大;而高温时效后的塑性变形量仅为11%。0Crl7Ni7A1不锈钢在410-430℃时效后断口形貌为韧性断口,伴有大量韧窝,同时出现连续脉纹形貌,使塑性变形明显改善。
Effects of aging temperature and time on mechanical properties of 0Crl7Ni7A1 stainless steel were investigated. The mechanical properties and fracture surfaces of the 0Crl7Ni7AI stainless steel were analyzed by the electronic universal testing machine and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show the ultimately fracture strength and plastic deformation of 0Crl7Ni7A1 stainless steel are in the range of 1977 -2030 MPa and 24%, respectively, with aging treatment at 410 - 430 ℃, while effects of the aging time on tensile strength of 0Crl7Ni7AI stainless steel can be ignored. However, the plastic deformation is only 11% after aging treatment at high temperature. A large number of dimples and continuous vein morphologies are observed in 0Crl7Ni7A1 stainless steel with aging treatment at 410 -430 ℃, providing a powerful support for the plastic deformation.
