第312例咯血-双胎妊娠-重度子痫前期-剖宫产术后-左侧大量自发性血胸 被引量：5

摘要 病历摘要 患者女，24岁，以“停经35铊周，间断发现血压升高20余天，咯血1d”由外院转入北京朝阳医院产科。患者入院前1d无明显诱因出现少量咯血，5～10ml／d，色鲜红，无头晕、胸闷喘憋、呼吸困难等不适。于当地医院行胸片检查示：双肺纹理粗重。未予明确诊断及特殊治疗。人院后第3天中午患者出现频繁咯血，每次约5ml，色鲜红，伴左侧背部疼痛明显，无心悸、心前区疼痛等。后因并发早产，
