摘要
家具产品在成批装配之前,一般需要制造实物样机进行装配试验,这一过程中如果发现问题就要进行再制造。为了有效地缩短时间,提高产品装配效率,可以把虚拟装配技术应用到家具行业中,即在家具生产制造之前进行可装配性检查并规划出合理的装配方案。装配建模及信息提取技术是进行虚拟装配的前提和基础,决定着虚拟装配最终实施的质量和效率。以Solid Works软件为工具,以实木餐椅为例,从装配模型入手,分析了装配分层信息模型的结构,归纳了装配建模的关键步骤并总结了整体建模思路。在此基础上利用VB对Solid Works进行二次开发,提取装配模型的信息,形成装配序列和路径规划所需要的信息数据,以期更好的为虚拟装配服务。
Before assembling the furniture in batches, the prototype was always produced for assembly testing. The furniture components need to be remanufactured if finding problems during testing. In order to shorten the time and improve the assembly efficiency, virtual assembly technology could be used in fur- niture industry to check the assemblability and plan reasonable assembly scheme before manufacturing furniture. As one of premise and foundation technology for virtual assembly, assembly modeling and infor- mation extraction determine the final quality and efficiency of virtual assembly. In the case of solid wood armchair, the study analyses the structure of hierarchical information model, generalizes the key steps and sums up the whole idea of modeling through the assembly model under SolidWorks. On this basis, the study extracts assembly modeling information through secondary development by Visual Basic in order to get data required for assembly sequence planning.
