摘要
对太赫兹波在椭圆波导中的Helmholtz波动方程进行研究,结合Mathieu函数,给出了在椭圆坐标系下电磁波的场函数,并最终获得太赫兹波在椭圆波导中的主模衰减特性。结果发现椭圆波导长轴和离心率越小,则衰减越大。
The Helmholtz equation of terahertz wave in elliptical waveguide is studied. Combined with Mathieu function, the electromagnetic wave's field function in elliptic coordinates is given. Finally, the dominant mode attenuation characteristics of terahertz wave in elliptical waveguide are obtained. It is found that the attenuation is increased with the long axis and eccentricity decreased.
