摘要
A time delay model of a two-layer barotropic ocean with Rayleigh dissipation is built. Using the improved perturba- tion method, an analytic asymptotic solution of a better approximate degree is obtained in the mid-latitude wind field, and the physical meaning of the corresponding solution is also discussed.
