摘要
介绍了连铸中间包透气上水口的性能和种类及连铸工艺对透气上水口性能的要求。利用合成莫来石颗粒、α Al2 O3细粉及特殊结合剂研制了弥散型莫来石质透气上水口 ,该水口在宝钢等大钢厂应用 ,取得了良好的使用效果。
Property and variety of purging upper nozzle and the requirement of continuous casting process for the nozzle were introduced. Using synthetic mullite,α-Al_2O_3 and special binder prepared the dispersion mullite based purging upper nozzle. The nozzle was used in large-sized steel plant such as Baosteel, etc, gaining good results.
