摘要
本文通过对法治内涵的考察和制约我国法治化进程诸因素的分析 ,得出结论 :中国走向法治不可逆转 ,但不可能在短期内建成完善的法治 ,中国法治建设将是一个长期的、渐进的过程 ,是一个系统工程 ;在推进法治 ,限制人治的同时 ,要重视发挥道德。
In the article the author studies the connotation of ruling by law,analyzes the restrictive factors in our course of ruling by law and then draws the conclusion:China is on the way to ruling by law without any reversion,but it is not possible to perfect ruling by law in a short time.China's constuction of ruling by law will be a long and gradual advancing process and a systematic project.We should attach importance to the function of morals and customs to regulate society,when focusing on carrying ruling by law forward and imposing restrictions on ruling by elite.
