摘要
当前,高职院校发展成人教育面临转型的关键时期,困难与机遇并存,主要体现在:学历教育需求趋于减弱、非学历教育需求日渐增长、教育市场竞争日益激烈、高职院校实力不断增强四个方面。因此,高职院校应明确我国成人教育所处的发展阶段,了解成人教育进入转型期的特征,通过科学定位、开门办学、服务社会、转变观念、错位发展等策略,来实现高职成人教育健康持续发展。
At present, the development of adult education in higher vocational colleges is undergoing a critical period, with difficulties and opportunities at the same time, reflected in the following four aspects： the decreasing demand for the need of academic education, the growing demand for the need of non-academic education, the increasingly fierce competition in the educational market and the growing strength of higher vocational colleges. Thus, the higher vocational colleges in China should make clear the development stage of adult education, be acquainted with the characteristics of adult education in the transition stage and achieve the healthy and continuing development of adult education through scientific positioning, open-door schooling, serving the society, changing points of view and misplace development.
