摘要
本文深入分析了政府失灵现象及其原因 ,提出了矫正与防范政府失灵的某些行之有效的措施和建议。这对于我国正确处理好政府与市场的关系 ,合理确定、发挥或转变政府职能 ,完善宏观调控机制及手段 ,避免政府失灵 。
This paper makes a deep analysis on the phenomenon of the government failure and its causes. It also puts forward some effective measures and proposals to adjust and prevent such failure. This is significant for our country to appropriately deal with the relationship between the government and market; to properly fulfil the government's function; to perfect the macroregulation mechanism; to avoid the government failure and to improve the efficiency of the government.
