摘要
劳动定额是指在一定的生产技术组织条件下,采用科学合理的方法,对生产单位合格产品或完成一定工作任务的活劳动消耗量所预先规定的限额。但是,在现代企业内部的劳动定额管理现状却问题频出,情况使人担忧。劳动定额管理的随意性、劳动定额制定标准的不统一等现象,制约了其作用的充分发挥,破坏了劳动关系的和谐。究其原因,主要是企业劳动定额管理不到位;人员定额没有真正体现以效益用人为中心的节约效能原则;定额管理人员业务能力偏低,跟不上市场的需要等。文章通过分析这些问题,指出了企业内部应建立健全劳动定额管理体制,推广实行劳动定额标准化等建议。
The production quota is a quota which predefines qualified products or a certain task of production units limit the living consumption under the condition of the production technology of certain organization and adopting the scientific and reasonable method. However, it is worried that in the status of production quota management of modern enterprise appear frequently. The randomness of production quota management and disunity of the production quota standards restrict its func-tion and destroy the harmony of labor relations. The reasons mainly are the enterprise the work quota management does not reach the designated position; personnel quota is not really follow the saving effectiveness principle; quota management ability is low, which can't keep up with market needs, etc. In this paper, through analyzing these problems, the author pointed out advices of establishing perfect the work quota management system and implementing the work quota standardization popular-ization.
