摘要
本文勾勒了甘肃新闻事业在解放战争时期的基本状况，并对其宣传内容进行了评述，阐述了人民政权下甘肃新闻事业的创建经过和甘肃新闻事业的更替过程。
This paper has outlined the basic conditions of journalism in the liberation period with a review of the content of its propaganda and demonstrated the establishment of journalism in Gansu under the people's dictatorship.
