摘要
目的:探讨建立胆囊结石治疗方法选择临床决策流程方案的方法。方法:以现有的胆囊结石治疗的诊疗规范、临床指南和专家共识为依据,针对特定临床决策问题"胆囊结石治疗方法选择",筛选决策条件、行动(治疗方案),提取决策规则,建立胆囊结石治疗方法选择的临床决策流程方案。结果:共筛选出7项决策条件和7种治疗方法,建立了包含19组规则的胆囊结石治疗方法选择的临床决策流程方案。结论:所建立的临床决策流程方案基本上能够涵盖胆囊结石治疗方法选择的常见的临床情况。
Objective：To establish clinical decision-making process scheme of gallstone treatment selection. Methods：Aimed at the special clinical decision-making problem“gallstone treatment selection”, decisions conditions and actions（treatments） were selected, decision-making rules were extracted and clinical decision-making process of gallstone treatment selection was established based on the existing gallstone treatment practices, clinical guidelines and expert consensus. Results：Seven decisions conditions and seven treatments were selected, and clinical decision-making process of gallstone treatment selection including 19 rules was established. Conclusion：The established scheme of clinical decision-making process could cover common clinical situations.
