摘要
目的:探讨特殊部位子宫肌瘤的发病原因、临床特征以及治疗方法。方法:随机选取特殊部位子宫肌瘤患者共81例。对他们的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:81例患者中伴有子宫肌瘤相关症状者62例,无临床症状19例。进行手术治疗后,总体恢复良好。结论:早期发现、治疗,能够避免子宫肌瘤增大而增加手术难度及并发症的发生。
Objective： To investigate the etiology, special parts of uterine fibroids clinical features and treatment. Methods：Special parts of uterine leiomyoma patients in 2006 August to 2011 August method between the 6 years were randomly selected from a total of 81 cases. These subjects were analyzed retrospectively according to their clinical data before and after treatment. Results：62 cases of 81 patients with uterine fibroids related symptoms, no clinical symptoms of 19 cases. Operation treatment, the overall recovery. Conclusions：Early discovery, early treatment, to avoid uterine fibroids increases the difficulty of operation and complications.
