摘要
目的:观察痰热清联合利巴韦林对手足口病的治疗效果。方法:288例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给利巴韦林治疗;治疗组给痰热清联合利巴韦林治疗。观察两组退热、退疹情况,进行统计学处理。结果:治疗组在退热、退疹方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病有协同作用,安全有效。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Tanreqing injection combined with ribavirin in hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods：288 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,The control group treated by ribavirin,The treatment group was treated by Tanreqing injection combined with ribavirin. Observe two groups of antipyretic, retreats rash, and carry on statistics processing.Results：The treatment group retreats rash in the fever, were superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tanreqing injection combined with ribavirin in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease have a synergistic effect, safe and effective.
