摘要
目的:观察复方丹参注射液辅助治疗急性肾盂肾炎(AP)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:72例AP患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=37例)仅根据药敏结果选择敏感抗生素治疗,观察组(n=35例)在敏感抗生素基础上加用复方丹参注射液治疗,两组疗程均为2周。比较两组治疗总有效率和各临床症状体征消失时间。结果:观察组总有效率(88.6%)明显高于对照组(73.0%)(P<0.05);观察组腰酸痛、神疲乏力和膀胱刺激征消除时间明显快于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:复方丹参注射液辅助治疗AP疗效显著,可快速改善临床症状和体征。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect and adverse reaction of Compound Danshen injection adjunctive treatment of acute pyelonephritis. Methods：72 patients with acute pyelonephritis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （n=37 cases） was only treated with sensitive antibiotics based on the results of drug sensitivity, and the observation group （n=35 cases） was treated with Compound Danshen injection base on the sensitive antibiotics, two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The total effective rate and disappear time of clinical symptoms in two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate of observation group （88.6%） was significantly higher than that of control group （73%）（P〈0.05）.The disappear time of lumbar pain, lassitude and bladder irritation in observation group was significantly faster than that of control group（P〈0.05）. There was no serious adverse reaction occurred during the treatment of two groups. Conclusion：The adjunctive treatment of Compound Danshen injection for acute pyelonephritis had a significant curative effect. It could rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and signs. It was worthy of clinical application.
