摘要
目的:对颌骨骨折患者采用颌间牵引钉和微型钛板内固定联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2010年1月至2012年12月在我院就诊的颌骨骨折患者61例为研究对象,把所有对象随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=31),对照组患者采用微型钛板内固定方法进行治疗,观察组患者采用颌骨牵引钉和微型钛板内固定联合治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组患相比,观察组患者的总有效率明显升高,且不良反应发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:对颌骨骨折患者采用颌间牵引和微型钛板内固定联合治疗,能够明显提高患者的临床治疗效果,且能明显降低患者治疗后不良反应发生率。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of intermaxillary traction nail combined with mini-titanium plate fixation in the treatment of mandibular fractures. Methods：A total of 61 patients with mandibular fractures were enrolled into this study in our hospital between Jan 2010 and Dec 2012. All the subjects were randomly divided into two groups：the control group （n=30） and the observe group （n=31）. The patients of the control group were treated with mini-titanium plate fixation. And the patients of the observe group were treated with intermaxillary traction nail combined with mini-titanium plate fixation. The clinical effective and the adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results：Compared with the control group, the clinical effective rate of the observe group were significantly higher. And compared with the control group, the adverse reaction rate of the observe group were significantly lower. Conclusion：For the patients with mandibular fractures, the method, intermaxillary traction nail combined with mini-titanium plate fixation, can significantly improve the clinical effective rate. And it also decease the adverse reaction rate. So it deserves its widely used in clinical decisions.
