摘要
目的：探讨疏风润燥法治疗风燥犯肺证的感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：86例感冒后咳嗽患者,男55例,女30例,年龄20-70岁,病程3-8周,随机分为治疗组（43例）和对照组（43例）,治疗组男30例,女13例,年龄25-70岁,采用口服强力枇杷露治疗,7天为1疗程,共2个疗程；对照组男25例,女17例,年龄20-65岁,服用美敏伪麻溶液,7天为1疗程,共2个疗程；观察两组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰症状评分、临床疗效和不良反应。结果：（1）对照组痊愈13例,显效17例,有效7例,无效6例,总有效率为86.05%；治疗组痊愈19例,显效12例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率为90.07%。两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。（2）两组中医证候积分、咳嗽积分比较差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（3）对照组中10例患者分别出现嗜睡、头晕、心悸、恶心等不良反应,治疗组中无相应不良反应发生。结论：疏风润燥法是治疗风燥犯肺证的感冒后咳嗽的有效方法。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy in treating cough after cold with wind-dispelling lung-moisturizing method. Methods： Cough after cold 86 cases, 55 males and 30 females, aged 20 to 70 years, duration of 3-8 weeks were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 43 cases in the treatment group, 30 males and 13 females, aged 25 to 70 years, treatment with oral qianglipipalu, seven days for a course of two courses;the control group, 25 males and 17 females, aged 20 to 65 years, taking the pseudoephedrine meimin solution, 7 days for a course of two courses;were observed after treatment of cough, sputum symptom score, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results：（1） in the control group, the clinical cure in 13 cases, 17 cases, 7 cases, 6 cases, there is always efficiency of 86.05%;treatment group recovered 19 cases, effective in 12 cases, 8 cases, 4 cases, the total effective rate was 90.07%;the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. （2） Two group for syndromes points, coughing points difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. （3） the control group, 10 cases of patients were somnolence, dizziness, palpitations, nausea and other adverse reactions, the treatment group without a corresponding adverse reactions occur. Conclusions：Wind-dispelling lung-moisturizing method is an effective method in treating cough after cold by wind-dryness attacking the lung.
