摘要
目的：观察新力正骨喷雾剂治疗踝关节扭挫伤的临床疗效。方法：选择2011年5月-2013年5月期间我院收治的踝关节扭挫伤患者130例，随机分为试验组和对照组，各65例，对照组应用云南白药气雾剂，试验组应用新力正骨气雾剂，评价治疗后的临床疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后痊愈率，显效率，有效率，总有效率，及止痛显效时间等疗效比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：新力正骨喷雾剂治疗踝关节扭挫伤的临床疗效与云南白药气雾剂相当。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinli Orthopedic Sprays in the treatment of ankle sprain.Methods：130 patients with ankle sprain in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 65 cases respectively.The control group were given Yun Nan Bai Yao aerosol,while the experimental group were given Xinli Orthopedic Sprays,the clinical efficacy of treatment were evaluated.Results：There was no statistically significant difference between the cure rate,show efficiency rate,total efficiency rate and analgesic effective time,etc （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Xinli Orthopedic Sprays was equal as that of Yun Nan Bai Yao Aerosol.
